Pamela Frank has always loved fashion. She knows firsthand that getting dressed up is a way of expressing yourself and becoming the person you want to be.
With Soto, she dreamed of creating a place where the latest trends and coziest staples could be sold at accessible prices in a warm and inviting atmosphere. She loves supporting women of all ages in finding the perfect look to make them feel comfortable, powerful, and beautiful.
Her goal is to create a space where women feel good about themselves, connect with one another, and enjoy moments of joy, confidence, and ease.
